I'd been using the service center (Ryan and Russ) for my 2012 F-350, and when it came time to buy a new one, I worked with Jeff Shipman. We ordered a 2022 F-350 from Jeff. He was AWESOME to work with and somehow managed to get us a truck when no one else could get one. Absolutely exceptional experience. I needed to get into a truck 5 minutes ago. I'm an owner operator coming into a semi from a hot shot set up. Andrew in sales made this thing work. This guy got me into my truck, financed, had an electric brake controller installed and got my apportioned plates transferred way faster than I thought possible. .
