The company was called Excaliber Films and they released the Cream Lemon dubs under their Brothers Grime X-Rated Cartoons series. In this series they released random OVAs in 3 volumes. When I was a kid, I used to watch this show about some town of monster creature things. It had a generic background with weird houses and rolling green hills and a blue sky, kind of like a Microsoft screensaver with generic SpongeBob houses thrown in.
